		<description><![CDATA[[...] Primal Fear &#8211; 16.6 (Before The Devil Knows You&#8217;re Dead) (2009): The best thing Primal Fear did in the last few years was to expand their Power Metal sound by adding in a lot of different melodic styles. They did it with NEW RELIGION in 2007 and they have continued with 16.6. You&#8217;ve got serious heavy metal with &#8216;Riding The Eagle&#8217; and then  melodic balladry with &#8216;Black Rain&#8217; moving into more traditional Metal on &#8216;Killbound&#8217;. Basically, Primal Fear keeps you guessing as to what&#8217;s next and the expansion of their overall sound makes them more diverse and exciting then a lot of other Power Metal bands crowding the scene. This album took a few listens to take hold but it became one of my favorite albums of the year and stayed in the weekly rotation for most of 2009. [...]]]></description>
