Almost every year, Alice Cooper tours the U.S. When he comes to New England (RI, MA, or CT) he either plays the Orpheum Theatre in Boston, MA or he plays at Foxwoods Casino in CT. The catch is that he comes at Halloween.
I have had the pleasure of seeing Alice 5 times, 3 shows on Halloween night. Alice puts on an awesome show but he adds that extra punch to his Halloween performances. Foxwoods just announced Alice on Halloween…..I’ll be there!

I don’t go to many shows because I hate driving in the city. I take off from work on Halloween because it’s my favorite holiday and I take the kids trick or treating.
I have 2 daughters: 3 & 8. I work 3rd shift (12am-8am) so I usually miss out on many night festivities. When my oldest was younger, I went to the Cooper shows because we took her trick-or-treating before it got dark, and before bedtime. I was still able to drive the hour and make the shows. I always check with my wife before I buy tickets to see if I can get the green light. Halloween is tough day to have a concert. Luckily, my oldest’s b-day is a couple days later so she always has a Halloween themed b-day party.
That’s cool about the Halloween themed birthday. My wife and I kind of work opposite schedules to avoid doing daycare. So when I am not at work I have the kids.
I’m in the same boat. I work 3rd, my wife 1st shift, so I get the kids during the day. I’m Mr. Metal Mom! Wouldn’t trade it for the world though. The only drawback is my 4-5 hours sleep a night.
I have never seen Alice, but I bet his shows are great.
